Learn to Massage your baby in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Meet other parents from your area and share ideas and stories over a cup of tea or coffee. Full massage sequence covered also colic routine and gentle baby stretches.
Over the 4 weeks, you will learn a full massage sequence for you to use with your baby. Oils and handouts included and mats and towels will be provided for your use. Certified Infant Massage Instructor and member of Baby Massage Ireland Catherine Mccarney will lead the classes.
Classes are very ralaxed and we will have a cup of tea/coffee after each massage session which is a nice chance to chat and share stories with the other parents on the course.
