Volunteering is basically about making a contribution to the society. To facilitate the engagement of students with the society, Kildare Volunteer Bureau is organizing an Open Day with Voluntary and Community Organisations.
We are aiming to have on campus representatives of various voluntary and community organizations in the county to showcase the broad range of volunteering opportunities that are available in their organizations.
The Open Day can best be described as ‘Volunteering Fair’ where students shop around for volunteering opportunities.
