The Kildare Community Partnership (KCP) is the Partnership Company, supported by Pobal under the Local Development Social Inclusion Programme to support equality of opportunities for better integration and participation in community.
Economic Development Programme Manager:
Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Economic Development Programme Manager will be responsible for the management and coordination of projects and initiatives beneficial to those who are exploring work, training and education opportunities.
A qualification in Business/Enterprise is desirable, however consideration will also be given to a candidate who has relevant experience and a track record. The use of a car is essential for this post.
The position requires a high level of professionalism and an ability to communicate with clients.
The successful candidate will:

- Will demonstrate Leadership and creativity
- Have a background in business related activities.
- Have a clear understanding of community development/ and social inclusion issues.
- Administration and Report writing are high priority
Salary and Conditions: Attractive package negotiable, dependent on skills and experience. Initial contract to December 2008.
