Ark Recycling is a Small Company, Independent, Owner Operated, Ethical and dedicated to Research & Development of better ways to take care of Ourselves and the Environment.
We operate a Recovery & Recycling Facility Licensed by Kildare County Council under Permit No. 64/2009. Our Facility is located on the site of an ancient Midden which served as the waste facility for the Hamlet of Newtown, which has existed from some time in the 16th century. We are probably the oldest recycling facility in Ireland.
Here we are also reinstating the old millrace pond and the mill itself to generate electricity as it did almost 100 years ago.
We have hazardous waste collection permits for all of Ireland. We also report to the EPA. We can collect or accept & certify all clean dry recyclables.
