Congratulations to The Silken Thomas Players, who were crowned the best in Ireland at the prestigious Athlone Drama Festival 2010.
The Kildare Town group won the All-Ireland Drama Perpetual trophy with their production of "The History Boys" by Alan Bennett. The play also won 4 other awards.
The group previously won the All-Ireland Trophy in 2007.
Watch out for a repeat performance of the production in the near future.
