The Dublin South Regional Rescue Diver Test took place in Dun Laoghaire harbour on May 24, 2014. Naas Sub-Aqua Club had four out of the eleven participating candidates. Congratulations to Alice O’Sullivan, Charlotte Mellon, Jonas Micevicius and Jonathan Dooley who successfully passed the test in very difficult conditions due to very limited visibility. Many thanks to all the instructors who helped out with their training and our latest cox’n Dave Berney for dry cox’n on the Naas SAC boat for the rescue test.
