The local Lions Club would like to thank everyone who supported their Charity Dinner Dance in the Hazel Hotel on 18 November. It was a great success, and E5,000 was presented to each of the designated charities; the Jack and Jill Children's Foundation and the Alzheimers Society. A special word of thanks to our sponsors of the auction and the raffle, K.C.K. Hunt Club.
The Hunt Chase that was organised on 18th November raised approximately  Euro 8,000 for local charities. Thanks to all who supported the hunt, especially Murt and Benny Kelly.
