Kdul Rules Update

NEW RULES INTRODUCED BY KDUL

ABUSE OF MATCH OFFICIALS
The following are changes to rules in the KDUL after a meeting of Club Secretaries, </o:p>
Amendments were made to Rule 20 of the General Operational Rules of the KDUL, which relates to the conduct of managers and club officials on match-days, particularly in relation to interaction with the referee.
Rule 20a 1. Managers and Assistant Managers.    A complaint that is upheld after investigation will incur a fine of 200 minimum for a first offence, 400 minimum for a second offence and any further offences after that will be dealt with by the executive committee of the KDUL and could lead to the removal of the team from the league.
Rule 20a 2. Concerns Parents and Spectators.   There will be a fine of 200 minimum for a first offence, and 300 minimum for a second offence.  Any further offences after that will be dealt with by the executive committee of the KDUL and could also lead to the possibility of the team being removed from the league
These rule changes have immediate effect.   The committee of Kynog United AFC have decided that any fines received must be paid by the offender and not the club.
