Leinster Championship 2019

Kildare meet Wicklow in Round 1 of the 2019 Leinster Championship on Saturday 11 May 2019.
Throw In is at 7.00pm and the winners will meet Longford in the Leinster Championship Quarter Final on Sunday 26 May 2019.

All-Ireland Senior Football Championship

Kildare have won four All-Ireland Football Titles, between 1905 and 1928.
They beat Kerry (1905), Galway (1919), (Kerry) 1927, (Kerry) 1928.
Kildare won the All-Ireland Under-21 Football Championship in 1965

The 2009 Leinster Final was the last final that Kildare were in and they lost to Dublin by 3 points that day in Croke Park.

In 2000 Kildare drew with Dublin in the Leinster Final 0-14 each. 

Kildare went on to win the replay by 2 points, 2-11 to 0-12

In 1998 Kildare beat Meath in the Leinster Final by 1–12 to 0–10.
