The company offers programmes and workshops in a variety of theatre related areas. Much of this work takes the form of once-off workshops with groups and organisations around the country. For instance, over the past few years we have worked with the elderly, children, local communities, refugees, the Irish Wheelchair Association, VTOS, third level students and a range of groups from many sectors in Irish society. The goal of most workshops is to assist in the personal and collective drive towards the development of social justice.

Other workshops focus on specialised training for actors and these are hosted by the company with guest practitioners from other professional theatre companies in Ireland. A third series of theatre-work involves running long-term programmes in community theatre methods and practice.
