Platform4 Professional Development - Navigating the music industry with Rob MacLeod
 
As part of Kildare County Council’s commitment to supporting and developing musicians in Kildare, the Platform4 Audio studio welcomes Rob MacLeod, a music professional with over 25 years in the industry, to give insight, advice and support for young and emerging artists.
 



The day will be broken into 4 modules and will cover:
  • Module 1 - Artist development / Establishing your identity
  • Module 2 - Producing your music / product
  • Module 3 - Networking
  • Module 4 - Marketing 
 Rob is a highly experienced music professional with over 25 years in the industry and for the new artists this talk will be invaluable .
 
About Rob:
Rob Macleod is an experience lecturer and speaker on  all aspects of the music industry .  He has over 25 years experience in writing / producing / engineering / marketing / presentation and lecturing in the music industry . 

Rob has had his work on major tv adverts and radio as well and charted a number of successful records and achieve both recognition nationally and internationally he has extensive contacts abroad and has worked with the likes of Chris Potter ( produced the verve and Keane ), Ben Durling  ( signed the killers ) and Keith Harris ( Stevie wonders ) to name only a tiny few .
