Laban in Practice in Dance in Education Course Presenter: Ciarán Gray
Ciarán Gray has been a primary school teacher, a dance teacher and choreographer for over twenty years. He completed a Masters in dance at the University of Limerick in 2007. His thesis 'Boys Don't Dance' - explored an idea that he believes is sadly true of Ireland. It is with this in mind that in 2008 he set up Company B, a dance company for primary school boys 3rd to 6th class. Ciarán is committed to the ongoing professional development of primary schools in the hope of furthering the cause of creative dance in our schools.
