The 1998 Annual Report and new website was officially
launched by the chairperson of Kildare County Council, PJ Sheridan, in
the council's offices. The council also hoisted a reception for invited
guests, council staff and councillors. 
We used the occasion of the launch to make a presentation to councillors and council staff on the work of Kildare Money Advice and how the council and the service could co-operate better. There were frequent media features during 1999 on the work of Kildare Money Advice in local media, including the Kildare Nationalist, Kildare Times, Leinster Leader, Liffey Champion and Carlow Kildare Radio (CKR). |
