		Edenderry Turn off the main line at Downshire Bridge into the Edenderry branch and cruise into Edenderry town. This large town is located right on the Offaly Kildare border and is an important stop off for shops, pubs and restaurants. Just turn right as you walk off the harbour and you will find shops for everything you might require. There are a wide variety of places to eat and drink, whether you like Italian, Chinese or traditional fayre you will not be disappointed. Call into RM Books at the top of the town, which is also the information point in the town. From here you can gather information on activities in the town including walking, golfing and swimming.
