Irish Guide Dogs 5K Fun Run

Announcement of the 1st running.

Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind is Ireland’s national charity dedicated to helping persons who are blind or vision impaired and families of children with autism to achieve improved mobility and independence. 

The unique national charity relies entirely on public support for donations that must make up over 80% of the income required to provide these services.  

The cost of training a puppy up to the standard of work required as a Guide or Assistance Dog is 
Eur38,000.   

The Irish Guide Dogs 5K Fun Run takes place at The Curragh Racecourse on Sunday 18th September at 
11.30am.
