Mandala Artist Patricia Fitzgerald returns to Naas Holistic Centre
Patricia returns once again for her popular Mandala Art & Meditation workshop on Saturday February 6th 2016. Demand is high so please book early to avoid disappointment!
Mandala Art & Mediation Workshop:
Awaken the self through the art of Mandala in this highly experiential
one-day workshop. Mandala is a Sanskrit word meaning circle, yet it is
far more than just a simple shape. It represents wholeness, the
structure of life itself, and is a container for essence, energy and
spirit. Creating a Mandala connects us with our true nature, centering
us fully in the energy of the present moment. When we consciously
connect with our true nature, indescribable happiness ensues. This
workshop will teach you the art of mandala making and you will create
your own mandala during the day. Through intention setting, meditation,
silence and group interaction you will embark on the journey of mandala.
Experience clarity, harmony, peace and inner happiness as you work with
your mandala. Learn skills to navigate from chaos to calmness as you
connect to your true centre. Come listen to your heart, enhance your
intuitive guidance and open to your creativity. All materials will be
provided on the day and no previous art experience is required
Patricia Fitzgerald is a Mandala artist who studied Visual Education and Communication at Dun Laoghaire College of Art & Design (IADT) and also holds a first class honours degree in Philosophy and Sociology from University College, Dublin.
