Increased points again - Well done!
Athy's incremental success in the National Tidy Towns Competition was confirmed at yesterday's (Monday, 8th September) awards presentation. Marks in Category E (Large Town) have now reached 270 from a low 204 ten years ago. Well done!
While near neighbours in Kilkenny are celebrating their national award as Ireland's Tidy Towns Winner 2014, the efforts of local community, residents associations, schools, local authority and businesses in South Kildare is welcome news for the combined efforts of all.View the full Adjudicator Reports for Athy:
