There will be two classes on Thursday nights.
The first begins at 6.45, the next at 8.30. Classes are an hour and a half long.
I run a class in the Wellness Centre in Kilcock and am now offering classes in Maynooth at The Leinster Clinic. 90 Euros for 7 classes.
I teach traditional Yang style Tai Chi Chuan and Chi Kung. The club is a branch of Master Ding Academy (wwww.masterdingacademy.com).
