PARKING BYE LAW REVIEW 2009

 

Road Traffic Act, 1994

 

 

In accordance with Section 36 of Part VI of the Road Traffic Act 1994, Naas Town Council hereby gives notice that it intends to make new parking bye-laws for its functional area.

 

The bye-laws will regulate on-street parking, and parking in public car parks, parking charges, and limitations and prohibitions on parking in the Town of Naas.

 

A copy of the draft bye-law will be available for inspection free of charge during the period Wednesday 2^nd December 2009 to Wednesday 6^th January 2010 (inclusive), and for purchase for a fee of €25, at the following locations:

Naas Town Council Offices, Aras Chill Dara, during normal working hours Monday to Friday (public holidays excepted),

Naas Public Library, Naas Harbour, between the hours of 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 8pm Tuesdays and Thursday, & 10am to 1:00pm and 2pm to 5pm Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Submissions in relation to the draft bye-laws may be made in writing to Ken Kavanagh, Town Clerk, Naas Town Council, Aras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, Co. Kildare on or before 5.00pm on Wednesday 20^th January 2010
