4. Completion of Agreement under Section 85 of the Local Government Act 2001 between Naas Town Council and Kildare County Councilinrespect of the provision of sanitary services.

(a) “That Naas Town Council install universal access to the Town Hall as a matter of urgency”.

(a) “That this Council establish whether a private company will be running the new Naas pool and whether VAT will be charged on admission tickets”.

(a) “That Naas Town Council now form a members committee to spearhead the building and delivery of a Monread District Community Centre”.

(b) “That Naas Town Council extends an invitation to the Chief of Staff of the Irish Defence Forces to visit the Council at one of its meetings in January 2009”.

(ii) Call on Kildare County Council to introduce safer access to the Gallops entrance on the Dublin Road while we are waiting for the ring road to be finished?
