Wed 5th Jan. "The County Infirmary" with Mario Corrigan. Bring along YOUR photos and mementos of the Infirmary.

Wed 9th Feb. "When the Shopping was Good" with Dr. Barbara Walsh (author). Woolworths and the Irish Main Street.

Wed 2nd Mar. "McAlpine's Men - Irish Stories from the Sites" with Ultan Cowley, author of "The Men Who Built Britain".

Wed 6th April. "Transportation of Women from Kildare to Van Diemen's Land 1849" with Cathi Fleming. An illustrated talk.

Wed 4th May. "Movies/Memories/Memorabilia Night" with Society Members.

Sat 11th June. "Annual Outing". Powerscourt House and Gardens, Wicklow Gaol and Kilruddery House. Limited numbers - pre-booking essential.

Wed 6th July. "Senator Michael Smith" with Michael D. O'Higgins T.D.

August. Summer Break.

Wed 7th Sept. "The Barrow Drainage Commission (1885)". With Paud O'Connor. Property taxes and drainage issues on the Tully/Nurney River.

Wed 5th Oct. "The Congo" with Maj-Gen Bill Dwyer (Retd). An illustrated reflection.

Wed 2nd Nov. "Ghost Stories and Folk Tales" with John Noonan.

Wed 7th Dec. "1911 & 1961" with Mario & Joe. What They Said in the Papers.
