Siobhan Cronin is deputy features editor at the Irish Examiner. She has been in journalism for over 25 years and wrote a successful weekly column in the Irish Independent under the title 'Single File' and a syndicated column in several regional newspapers entitled 'Urban Cowgirl'. She has contributed to several radio programmes and magazines and holds an honours degree in Journalism from DIT. She currently lives in West Cork and commissions articles for the daily features pages of the Irish Examiner.
