Kevin Barry’s first novel, City Of Bohane, was published earlier this year. His collection of stories, There Are Little Kingdoms, was published in 2007 and awarded the Rooney Prize for Irish Literature. His stories have appeared in the New Yorker, the Granta Book of the Irish Short Story, Best European Fiction 2011, and many other journals and anthologies around the world. He also works on plays, screenplays, graphic stories and essays. He lives in Co Sligo.
