The first session is 11-11:45AM (4-7 Years) while the later session takes place from 12-12:45PM (8-12 Years).

Teaching Children Fantastic Ways to Feel Happy, Peaceful & Calm.....
We are all different and that's OK.....!
Relax Kids Classes are carefully designed to teach children important life-skills in a fun and patient way.
As well as learning to be calm, to listen and concentrate, children are taught about the importance of equality and tolerance.
Using puppets and play, they learn about bullying - how to identify a bully, to prevent bullying, how to be tolerant of others, recognise and nurture our different talents.
Using art & games, children learn to identify emotions and recognise that everyone feels differently about certain issues. Children learn that we are all different and to celebrate these differences.
