Conditions

1. This scheme applies to owners/occupiers of town centre premises
2. Maximum grant is €500 or half the cost, whichever is lowest
3. Grants will be paid when the work is done and receipts submitted
4. Leixlip Town Council will have no responsibility for the work other than payment of the grant
5. Responsibility for insurance rests with the applicant
6. Where possible, materials should be purchased locally
7. This form should be returned to the Town Clerk, Newtown House, Captain's Hill, Leixlip for approval
