Castledermot Historical-Society are hosting an exhibition on ‘The Irish High Cross’ this summer in Teach Diarmada community centre, Castledermot.
The beautifully illustrated information panels were donated to us by the National Museum of Ireland when their temporary exhibition ended last summer.
We will also have a display of 3D scans of Castledermot’s crosses.
The exhibition will be open every Friday and Saturday from 10am to 4pm during the months of July and August and admission is free.
During Heritage week it will be open Wednesday to Saturday (27th-30th August)
