10 May 2010 - Ros Glas Hurling Club gets new Easysite

Ros Glas hurling Club have recently had their website revamped and upgraded to our new Easysite system. The revamp included a new template design and a more dynamic homepage displaying all of the recent additions to the site. At a glimpse of the new site homepage, site visitors can now check members draw results, recent posts and Club news. The new site also uses our new content management system for easysites so that the club committee can now easily update the website.

18 June 2009 - Athy Recreational Community Hall EasySite goes online

Athy Recreational Community Hall is a community hall in Athy, Co. Kildare. The board that manage the hall wanted a website for the hall so that members of the community could find information about the Hall and view the Calendar of use. The website went live in June 2009 and is hosted for free on kildare.ie as part of Kildare Community Network's EasySites project. The website is available at www.kildare.ie/ARCH

23 July 2008 - EHistory Easysite reaches 300 articles!

We have now over 300 articles relating to the history and heritage of Co. Kildare online on Ehistory as a result of using the EasySites system – we do not have the time nor the expertise to manage a full scale website and as we are already part of other organisations one more ‘website’ would be redundant and misleading. Easysites allowed us to meld  concentrated ‘historic’ content to the existing sites but more importantly allowed us control over the content and the updating of content. We have regular contributors and have had people from the US etc. actually contribute content which might otherwise be lost to people with an interest in the history and heritage of Co. Kildare.

16th May 2008 - Website for St. Patrick’s Weekend Festival Clane Launched

A new website was launched in Clane GAA on Friday 16 May by the Organising Committee of the St. Patrick's Weekend Festival in Clane.
The website gives details of the festival and other events that take place in Clane on St. Patrick's Day and the days leading up to it.

9th April 2008 - Google Maps Integrated into EASYsites

Google Maps is an online application which allows you to view a detailed map of anywhere in the world. On visiting www.google.com/maps you can enter any address to see a map of it displayed. Google maps can also be integrated into any website including an EASYsite, and the integrated map can be controlled to display the specific location that is relevent to your EASYsite.  By using Google Maps in your EASYsite you can help people find where your community group is located.

28th Feburary 2007 - Maynooth Presentation Girls School get publishing

Scoil Mhuire na Toirbhirte -  Presentation Girls School, Maynnoth, Co. Kildare had their EASYsite set up Feburary 2008. The site has interesting information about the history of the school as well as practical information such as contact details, the school calendar, and a parenting help section.

3rd March 2008 - Site Statistics for Your EASYsite

Site statistics are information about how many people have visited your website. This information can include details about how many pages each person viewed on your site, where in the world they were when they viewed your site, their IP address, how long they stayed on your site and how they found your website. Many different software packages exist for tracking visitors to a website. 20th Feburary 2007 - Leixlip Tidy Town Association launch their EASYsite

The launch of this EASYsite took place in the Springfield Hotel on Tuesday 13th of February 2007 at 8pm. A good number of people from the local community attended the launch and there was great interest in the site. Pascal Canning, the site administrator demonstrated the site on the night.
