PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS 2001 (As amended) (PART 8)

 

Proposed Temporary Car Park at Maynooth Road, Kilcock.

Reference P082018-01

Pursuant to the requirements of the above, Kildare County Council proposes to develop a Temporary Car Park at Maynooth Road, Kilcock. The proposed development, which is the subject of this Part 8, will include the following:

  • 96 Car Parking Spaces
  • 4 Disabled Car Parking Spaces
  • New Public Lighting

In accordance with S. I. 476, 2011, Section 250, Planning and Development (Amendment) (No.3) Regulations 2011, the first stage of the Appropriate Assessment process, screening, has been completed in compliance with the relevant European Commission and national guidelines.

Particulars of the proposed scheme will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during normal opening hours from Tuesday 30 January until Tuesday 27 February during public opening hours at the following locations:

Particulars of the proposed scheme will also be available to view on Kildare County Council’s website at www.kildare.ie/countycouncil

Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and development of the area in which the proposed development would be situated may be made in writing to:

or by email to: roadssubmissions@kildarecoco.ie  on or before 12.00 noon Wednesday 14 March 2018.

Submissions should be headed: 

“Temporary Car Park at Maynooth Road, Kilcock – Reference P082018.01”

All comments, including names of those making comments, submitted to the Council in regard to this scheme will form part of the statutorily required report to be presented to the monthly meeting of Kildare County Council. Accordingly they will also be included in the minutes of that meeting and may appear in the public domain.
