Maynooth Draft Parking Bye-Laws
Notice is hereby given that Kildare County Council proposes to make parking bye-laws for Maynooth town under Section 36 of the Roads Traffic Act 1994.
The parking bye-laws may be inspected for a period of one month from the date of publication of this notice, at:
Transportation Department, Kildare County Council, at the address below during the hours of 9.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday excluding public/bank holidays and
Maynooth Library, Maynooth, Co. Kildare during usual library opening hours.
Representations on the draft bye-laws may be made in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Transportation Department, Kildare County Council,at the address below on or before 12 noon, Friday 17 February 2012.
A copy of the draft bye-laws may be purchased for €10.00 at the Transportation Department, Kildare County Council, at the address below.
