Christmas tree recycling

Christmas trees can be left for recycling at the following locations from Friday, 6 January to Friday, 20 January 2012:

Council Nursery, Naas Road, Newbridge (between Pfizer and Toughers)
Council Depot, Leinster Street, Maynooth
Clane GAA Club, Prosperous Road, Clane (Kildare County Council appreciates the assistance given by the club in this matter)

This facility is for christmas trees only- no other waste please. Trees are shredded and the mulch is composted and used for landscaping.
