About Human Resources  Our aims in the Human Resources Department include the provision of sufficient resources to enable delivery of services, the implementation of policies to secure the health, safety and welfare of all employees and the provision of training plan for the organisation to facilitate the proper training and development of employees.

Through these aims and an efficient and effective work ethos, we can ensure that the highest possible levels of service can be provided by the Council as a whole.
