Due to the large number of applications received to date, form 15/07/2011 we will not be accepting expressions of interest from Landlords in relation to the Rental Accommodation Scheme for 2011.

Applications received up to and including 15/07/2011 will be referred for inspection by an Environmental Health Officer, but this does not guarantee that we will proceed with the inclusion of the property in the scheme.

What is RAS?

RAS is a scheme for people who are in receipt of Rent Supplement for more than 18 months or who have been assessed by the housing authority as having a long-term housing need (excluding asylum seekers or other non-nationals who do not have leave to remain in the State permanently).
