Charges for Fire Brigade Services
Pursuant to Section 35 (3) of the Fire Services Act 1981 & 2003 in respect of Kildare Fire and Rescue Service being called to attend at various categories of incidents. These charges shall be levied against the beneficial owner of the property where an incident occurs. It is not proposed to levy charges where any occupiers have experienced a serious injury or fatality as direct result of the incident.
The scale of Fire Brigade Services charges from 01/01/2012 are as follows:

The Fire Service reserve the right to charge for attendance at miscellaneous incidents outside of the normal response of the Fire Service |
