Who deals with complaints?

Complaints can either be made directly to the department responsible for the service or can be made to Kildare County Council's Customer Care Officer at customercare@kildarecoco.ie or 045 980206. A complaint can be made to the Office of the Ombudsman at any stage. Please see Kildare County Council's Citizen Charter for more details.

Where should tenders be delivered to?

All tenders advertised on e-tenders by Kildare County Council should be delivered to the Corporate Services Department, based on level 1 in Áras Chill Dara. It is important to note closing dates and times. Contact telephone number is 045-980206.
