The County Kildare Community and Voluntary Forum has been established to give you, your club, your association, your neighbourhood, a voice in the future of the county.

The County Kildare Community and Voluntary Forum is a new way for you, as a member of a group, to have an input into plans to develop the county in the future.

What is the Role of the Forum?

The Kildare Community and Voluntary Forum was created to give people involved in the sector a greater say in the future of Co. Kildare. The Forum has stated the following objectives:

  • To represent the Community and Voluntary groups in the new local Government structures
  • To become a strong voice for the Community and Voluntary sector in Co. Kildare
  • To encourage and support the work of the Community and Voluntary sector in Kildare

The work of the Kildare Community and Voluntary Forum is supported by funding from the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government
