Dial 112 (or 999) and ask the operator for the emergency service you require.  When the emergency service answers, state the address or location at which help is needed.

All emergency calls are taped by Eircom, from the moment the call is dialled to the moment the call is terminated, except for calls to the Garda where the recording ceases immediately the call is answered.

The making of nuisance telephone calls to the emergency services is a criminal offence.
