Development Contribution Scheme 2011-2013

Notice is hereby given that revised Development  Contribution Schemes have been adopted in accordance with the provisions of Section 48 of the Planning & Development Acts, 2000 - 2010. The Schemes were adopted as follows:

 

Kildare County Council on the 14^th February 2011,

Naas Town Council on the 15^th February 2011 and

Athy Town Council on the 16th February 2011.

 

Copies of the revised Development Contribution Schemes are available on each website at www.kildare.ie, www.naastowncouncil.ie and www.athytowncouncil.ie
