Requests for pre-planning meetings must include the following information:-
- Site location map to a scale of 1:2500. The site must be easily identifiable and outlined in red.
- Sketch of proposed layout
- Photographs of proposed site. The location of where photographs have been taken shall be clearly indicated on the site layout.
- Full detailed description of proposals in both written and sketch form.
- Relevant Development Plan under which proposal will be assessed and indicated objectives/standards and policies which are applicable to the proposed development.
- Indicate if permission has previously been sought on the site/landholding and the decision of same. If permission has been refused to the applicant(s) by the Planning Authority, indicate how you overcome the reasons for refusal and why the decision was not appealed to An Bord Pleanála. Where the decision has been appealed to the board and refused, indicate how you intend to overcome the reason for refusal.
- Indicate any areas of concern you envisage in your proposal as submitted.
- Is your site designated for Tax Renewal, if so please indicate which area.
The absence of information as required above shall result in a request for further information prior to scheduling a pre-planning meeting.
