The market is organised by a committee elected by the stallholders annually, and we are always interested in getting applications from quality food and craft producers, who can extend the quality and range of products that are on offer at the market. The market offers an ideal opportunity to market test a new product and get valuable feedback for a low input cost which can help in the further development of a producers range.
